INTRODUCTION TO THE GNA PACESETTER AWARD NOMINATION 2025
The Great Nigerian Assembly (GNA) Pacesetter Committee—one of the distinguished special units within the GNA—is pleased to announce the commencement of the Nomination and Selection Process for the GNA Person of the Year 2025. This highly prestigious honor recognizes an outstanding individual—male or female—whose leadership, initiatives, and contributions have significantly advanced the wellbeing of Nigerians at home and across the diaspora.
Twenty-seven (27) exceptional individuals have been shortlisted as potential winners based on verifiable national impact, transformational leadership, and consistent service to society. However, in the spirit of inclusiveness and fairness, participants are also given the opportunity to nominate any other individual they believe deserves to be recognized as the GNA Person of the Year 2025, ensuring that no impactful contributor is left out.

This annual award celebrates individuals whose programs, reforms, investments, innovations, humanitarian efforts, or public service have produced measurable, community-centered outcomes that strengthen institutions, improve lives, and advance the progress of our nation.

NATIONAL SURVEY PARTICIPATION & SPECIAL REWARD
To encourage nationwide involvement and strengthen patriotic participation, everyone who completes the GNA National Survey automatically stands a chance to win a special token of ₦100,000 each. 5 lucky participants will receive ₦100,000 each. This initiative is our way of rewarding Nigerians who take the time to contribute their voice, their insight, and their patriotic commitment toward building a stronger nation.
