VoiceItOut Launching Committee

VoiceItOut is a dynamic web application that empowers citizens, townships, and community associations with a global platform to voice their concerns, particularly regarding local, state, or national infrastructure development and other vital issues. The platform is designed to facilitate well-documented citizen participation and create a channel for interaction between the public and relevant authorities.

How VoiceItOut Works:

Step 1: Issue Raise

Citizens or associations can use the intuitive interface at www.voiceitout.org to raise concerns such as road repairs, school improvements, market conditions, or any other community-related issues at the local, state, or national level.

Step 2: Coverage Area Administrator (CAA) Review

The raised concerns are then forwarded to Coverage Area Administrators (CAA) for meticulous review in terms of relevance, appropriateness, and significance. CAAs, carefully selected and responsible individuals within specific areas, provide feedback, including approval or recommendations for necessary adjustments.

Step 3: Public Presentation

Approved appeals or commendations are made public, allowing individuals to view and sign them, with the option to provide additional comments.

Step 4: Social Media Sharing

The appeals can be effortlessly shared on various social media platforms, amplifying their reach and impact.

Step 5: Action and Accountability

  1. If the number of signatures on an appeal reaches a predefined threshold, a formal request is made to the responsible party, notifying them of the people's demands.
  2. If needed, reminder letters, up to five times, are sent to the responsible party, and these interactions are transparently available on the platform.
  3. The responses from the responsible party (RR) are also shared with the general public.
  4. In the event that the appeal is addressed as requested, a letter of appreciation is sent to the responsible party.
